Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 


  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to the nature of 3D-printed and handmade items, minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, or surface finish are normal and are not considered defects.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@dreamsteadtradingco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be authorized before being sent back.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Dreamstead Trading Co is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

Include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (including items printed specifically for your order)
  • Personalized products
  • Personal care or beauty products
  • Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

Chargebacks & Disputes

 

 

 

We’re always happy to help resolve issues directly. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

 

By purchasing from Dreamstead Trading Co, you agree to:

  • Follow the return process outlined in this policy
  • Provide required documentation for return or damage claims
  • Allow reasonable time for inspection and resolution

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes submitted without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in the denial of future purchase privileges.

 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

 

 

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

 

Returned items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above, and proof of purchase is required.
