Due to the nature of handmade and 3D-printed products, minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, layer lines, or surface finish are normal and do not constitute defects.

We do not warrant that products will meet subjective expectations or appear exactly as displayed. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy abuse.

Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued. Once accepted, orders may not be canceled.

Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer are deemed fulfilled once carrier tracking confirms delivery.

All purchases are subject to our Return Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees unless stated otherwise.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is transferred to the carrier. Delivery is considered complete when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Dreamstead Trading Co. is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Dreamstead Trading Co. Shopify is not responsible for sales, products, or disputes. You release Shopify from claims related to purchases made through the Services.
